Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and a futher 7 days to post the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note this does not apply to swimwear garments. You’ll also need to send a receipt or proof of purchase. If it seems the item had be used/worn the refund will be rejected.
Pre-orders -
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available handmade product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can not cancel a partially paid order. We do not refund any orders custom made or handmade to order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
HANDMADE / MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you wish to cancel your handmade to order / preordered item and you have only partial paid for your order you will lose the money paid towards the order.

Returns are paid for by the customer and will need to be sent signed for. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include all custom made items / handmade to order items / made to order items / Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, swimwear, handmade items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
